Cheminee is a great choice! The location is superb, right across from the ski slopes and near the town center. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. What stood out was the cute atmosphere provided by the lovely family running the hotel. The continental breakfast had delicious options.

The hotel of choice in Zermatt. Stunningly beautiful and delightful option among 3 stars hotels. Good location walk from the train station, staff superbly friendly. Close to restaurants and eateries. Large room with best bathroom and down pillows.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Breakfast was free and particularly nice, thoroughly enjoyed the position.

We stayed in a standard double room with central heating, a work desk, and cable programming. The location was super for traveling around Zermatt, right by beautiful Zermatt.

The room was well-maintained, quiet with comfortable bed. The hotel's location was central, to slopes. Before bed I went to L'atelier Grandsire for a nightcap, it's right next to the property.

Fine Matterhorn views from the balcony are lovely.

The room was uncomfortably warm, and the noise from outside made it hard to sleep well at night. I expected better amenities from a hotel at this price range, and the lack of variety in dining options further disappointed us.

Location short walk to shops as well as the main shopping area plus the station Gornergrat-Bahn. Besides, very convenient to Zermatt-Sunnegga. Well-maintained and spotless room plus clean bathroom. Exceptionally nice breakfast with the option of freshly cooked eggs and PLEASANT views.
